        Ken was very down to earth and friendly, able to explain bankruptcy in simple understandable ways with no pressure. Very helpful to explain and answers questions. Easy to contact. His staff was also very knowledgeable and prompt and quick to get back to me with questions. Absolutely positive experience. Very professional and trustworthy.
