These folks do what they say they are going to do. While they don't let customers know when there is a weather delay, they do at least put a message on the phone line to let you know if service is curtailed. Their crews are proficient and not destructive and will give a customer who is rushing to the curb a little leeway if necessary. Have recently raised rates for the first time in years, but residential service is still affordable.
