        Overall

        Dr thomas is absolutely amazing!! However his staff is rude and disrespectful!!! I walk in to check in and just stand at the desk while the lady right in front of me doesn't say a work to me. I clear my throat so she knows im there and she looks up and says who do you have with you! No hello or anything. Then a lady comes in concerned about her cat and the same lady just says to her well it needs to be seen. The lady goes on to say that she wants to make an appt but thought she might have an idea of what she can do in the meantime until he could get seen. The receptionist just starts reading a piece of paper and just walks away from her completely ignoring the lady!!!!! Really!!?!? She needs to be let go and they need to get a friendly face in there. Someone who wants to smile and interact with the customers!! I would have rated it a 5 if it was based just on the Dr. But the lady at the front desk almost made me want to walk out and not come back!! Lucky I love the Dr.
