Kmart

Just left Kmart in Mt Pleasant PA. This was the 2nd time merchandise was listed at one price only to be told it was higher at the checkout at this store, and also experienced it at the Uniontown PA Kmart. They said there is "fine print." This is deceptive to the consumer. When I tried to speak to manager on duty "Lisa," she turned and walked away. When I asked her why she was walking away and not answering my question, she said "What do you want ME to do about it?" Extremely poor customer service. No wonder the parking lot is empty, while the competitor's store up the street is full. With the higher prices Kmart has, you would think they would do would excel at customer service to try to make up the difference. Didn't even use my membership card 'cause I don't plan on going back.
