        Overall

        Gave me three different dates he'd come to put heat tape on. Never showed up, except for initial consult. This spring we went underneatg the trailet and took photos of area that needed the tape. All the insulation had been pulled down from around the pipes. Only left with assumptions of what the intentions were.
