        The owner is a great guy ,unfortunately when he is not their to much like a High school lunch period !!! Way to much playing and profanity

        When I went Friday to get my initial set up the first girl that helped me was rude and quickly went over the set up. If I asked a question she said she would answer it later and never did. I figure everyone has a bad day and I heard lots of good things about the shop so I brushed it off. When I got home I noticed the tank was leaking by Monday it was leaving e-juice puddles all over everything after sitting a few minutes. I took it back to Top of the Line and was repeatedly told it was the weather. I watched the kid clean it just like I had been doing all weekend knowing that doesn't work I told him I had done that already. When I asked about returning it I was told I couldn't even though it was clear something was wrong. At no time was I offered any other solution. I walked out of there smoked a cig and was ready to give up. I didn't want ejuices all over where my kids or dogs could potentially come in contact with it and Top of the Line could care less. I decided to find another shop because I really want to quit smoking. I had to drive 15 minutes longer but it's totally worth the drive. This shop told me that much leaking is not normal and sometimes unfortunately the tanks are defective straight from the box. All I needed was a new tank. This shop took the time to explain the products and the set up things Top Of the Line didn't bother to mention. I even found an ejuice I love bc Chris took the time to find out what I was looking for and made some great suggestions to be successful. I look forward to going to this other shop and really jumping into vapping. If your new to this try another shop that will take the time to help you and a company that stands behind their products.

        Awesome Shop

        Love this place. Great selection of ejuice. Everything you need to quit smoking. Justin and his crew are amazing. Best vape shop I've been to. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!
