        Coach Quianna is a phenomenal coach. She always brings an energy of empowerment, liberation and assurance into our sessions that is contagious. By the end of our sessions, I always come away knowing that I am prepared and energized for the week ahead and accomplishing my plan.         On Point Career Solutions was hired to update my resume along with creating a cover letter. I was highly impressed with the professional assessment of my original resume in which I presented. During our initial conversations, Ms. Rodriguez took the time to get to know me which allowed her to produce a resume that represents me. She did an excellent job articulating my achievements and crafting a new resume and cover letter. The response time was 24-48 hours in which she presented a finish product for my review and requested my input.
