Hired him to represent my husband in a rear-end collision that ended his career and left him walking with a cane. Mr femminineo gave the case to an under-attorney (worthless) and when we complained, mr. F took the case. What a con. He never even looked a the materials we provided, never presented our case, and never conducted any discovery on the person at fault for the accident. My husband was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light, the driver was doing 45mph on Hall Rd; he was back-boarded to the hospital. Femminineo took all fees and expenses out of our portion of the settlement, did NOT do any discovery, did not return phone calls or emails, but was right there to take 35% of the settlement. I could've defended him better,p; I prepared all the paperwork, took all the photos, etc.-- he and his staff are worthless. Stay away from this con artist. And oh yeah, we got a whopping $6000. That's right, he settled for $6000. If that's what you're looking for, call him. If u r actually injured and need solid, respectable representation, look elsewhere. He will sell you out so that it is quick, he has to provide no service, and he does no actual work! If you hire him, u get what u deserve.

David femminineo will give up halfway in your case. I highly recommend everyone stay away From him! He is also very expensive and has a anger problem as he yelled at me numerous times.

Katherine is probably one of the worst lawyers you will ever meet. Unless you are one of her favorite clients she will not do anything for you. As for that office it is very unprofessional with the yelling at one another the swearing and the talking bad about everyone and clients.

PUBLIC BEWARE!!!! This attorneys are a bunch of quacks. Jake talks about how he knows all the Macomb County judges and how he can get you whatever you want but he did not even show up to court for my hearing. Instead he sent someone who I had never met before that was 14 minutes late and let the other party walk all over us. She did not even seem to know what was going on with the case. Then they proceeded to bill me for a ridiculous amount of money. I would not use them if they were the last lawyers on this planet.

The Femminineo Team was very professional and always a pleasure to deal with. Their willingness to go the extra mile to do an exceptional job was the key to my case. Had I hired sombody else, I am not sure what could have happened.
