Absolutely horrible. Waited 2 weeks for sweep apt. , they came out without a ladder, then took 3 more weeks for second appt. I asked for pricing of a new stove and liner. They never got back to me. Half the time they are not even there to answer phone.

Very good service.Had a problem with a gas fireplace at out vacation home in PA. The owner made the 2 1/2 hour trip to our home to inspect the problem and immediately replaced the defective materials.

Very poor service. The customer service and quality of work is bad. Time and time again they were supposed to call and did not. When they do come they try to get the work done as fast as possible. Has been back 3 times to fix a leaking chimney and it still leaks,

Excellent service. Polite and prices were fair. They seem to take an interest in doing the job right and treated me and my house with respect. They were on the roof despite it being covered in a couple feet of snow. When they brought the replacement woodstove there was a minor piece missing. I said "just mail it and I'll take care of it" but they insisted on driving back to get the part and coming back to make sure the job was 100%. Will continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends.
