Viking Lambs is owned and operated by the Knudson family, Terry, Jane, Conner, and Hunter. The story leading up to the exciting commencement of our company starts many years ago, all because of one tiny lamb by the name of Leslie. As a young man, Terry adopted a little lamb with a badly broken leg. After healing it back to health, he found that raising lambs was a passion, and later that year his family procured 10 more ewe lambs. From there, a sheep operation eventually grew, adding in several more barns and structures and acquiring more and more land for the flocks to graze upon. In 2001, we officially established Viking Lamb LLC. And in the year 2012, we formed Viking Show Lambs and Genetics to help innovate the fast growing demand for commercially-shipped ram semen. Our Viking Show Lambs and Genetics ram barn houses 15 of the highest quality club lamb siring stud bucks in the country! And today, it has grown even more, including a separate farm-to-table lamb meat business!
