        Overall

        The owner Gerald Kerr (aka Jerry) from JBK Aire did not get me the city permit as stated in the contract. Called every month since September 2012 which he always have an excuse..."Running some issue with the city....I broke my back", etc. Now he ignored my phone call and voicemail.



        Also, he's not the one who does the install he's using a 3rd party installer to do it for him. This guy doesn't keep is part of the agreement and everything have to be pay upfront with cash or check so he can walk away with your money at any given point. I was luck that my unit was installed. AVOID JBK Aire, there're much more creditable installer in the bay area.
