Arby's

I visited Arby's in Morehead City this afternoon. When I approached the order station outside the restaurant, the employee in the restaurant taking my order could not understand me. I have a voice impairment that makes my voice very raspy. I cannot raise my voice loud enough to be heard over the intercom. The young man asked me to pull to the drive thru window and told me that he would take my order there. I drove to the window. The young man was named Alex. He was very understanding, making me feel comfortable when speaking with him and placing my order. I did not feel embarrassed at all like I do at some other restaurants under the same circumstances. He apologized for the wait although I knew it to be from my having to order at the window. Please, convey my appreciation to Alex. He is definitely an asset to your team.
