TruGreen Lawn Care

The service I receive makes a huge change from what my lawn looked like before. The blades of grass in general looks much better than the neighbors lawns do. The cost isn't that bad for the type of feedback from the greenish color in the summer.

TruGreen has been servicing my yard for more than ten years during that time I have not had to worry about when or how much or what to put on my yard, Thats John's job & He does it well.

My lawn looks no better after 7 treatments from TruGreen. They say they guarantee their work, but they will no give a refund after I've asked several times. When you call, you are on hold for 20 mins (every time I call) and the person on the phone can't help, instead you have to wait for a call back. Worst service ever. Would not recommend

This is my third season since I switched to Trugree and I have been absolutely and completely satisfied with Trugreen's applied products and results, customer service and their professional lawn technicians.

By far the WORST lawn care company I have ever used!! Everyone in the company blames everyone else of there mess ups and nobody steps up to correct situations. I think i goes without saying that half way through the service I had to cancel. Please pay close attention to the views because If i had read them I would have never signed up with this company.

Thanks to True Green I have the best grass in my neighborhood everyone ask what I do? or do I have a green thumb? so I tell them, call True Green and you will have the best grass ever.

This is my second year with TruGreen. My yard is remarkably improved..I may have the best yard in the neighborhood except maybe other neighbors using this same service. The guys show up and take care of my yard. If I have a question they are very friendly and answer my questions professionally.

You showed up when you said you would and did everything you said you would. My grass is looking good.

My yard is still dormant for the winter but the technician arrived and did a great job of very efficiently treating the yard with pre-emergence and leaving a very satisfactory report of what he had done. They are always very courteous and efficient. It never takes them over 15 minutes from start to finish. Once, I have had to call about stubborn broad leaf weeds that somehow survived an application. TruGreen never complained or questioned me, but sent someone right over to look at the situation and they applied some chemicals and the problem was soon solved!

The lawn is beautiful. Everyone talks about it when they come to visit or walk through the neighborhood. Great job Trugreen!!

The lawn looks pretty good considering the weather over the summer. There are some spots with weeds, but I expect those to be taken care of with the next treatment. We really like the results each year and the fact we don't have to schedule anything ourselves. We always get a call beforehand to let us know when the service will be done which is nice.

Great notification of an upcoming service date with phone notification and service card place on a stake to let us know the service was completed. Notes left on service call sheet that gives a little more detail into the services performed and any issued noticed by the specialist. Also good phone service support when called to schedule or change a service date.

I am very pleased with the results I have received sinceTRUGREEN has been servicing my lawn. I started with the company before it became TRUGREEN. The appearance of my yard speaks for it's self. I have people who stop by almost weekly and ask me how I keep my yard looking so good. I just say TRUGREEN. You should try them. The TRUGREEN specialist who services my lawn, John Griffin, is very friendly and exemplifies a true example of professionalism, John is timely and very knowledgeable when I have a question. The quality of his work is exceptional. The ease of scheduling my service is a plus. I feel the results of my lawn, the compliments I receive from other people and the quality of work TRUGREEN does is money well spent by me. Thanks TRUGREEN for a job well done for some twenty years.

My lawn never looked better. Even as we progress through a mini drought, the lawn stays green and weed free. It is the greenest and best looking lawn in our neighborhood by far. Also, I had some trouble last year with bugs on bushes and trees. This problem was solved once TruGreen sprayed.

TruGreen has done a tremendous job keeping my lawn heathy and green. I love the politeness of each staff person and how they are ready and willing to work out arrangements for you in this trying time.

The specialist was very friendly and professional and told me exactly what he was there to do. I asked about an issue and he explained why it could not be dealt with that day (heat) but it would on the next visit.

My lawn was in bad shape when I started servicing with TruGreen. After just 3 services, I've already begun to see a noticeable difference. My lawn is greener and has much fewer weeds than before. After reseeding this fall, I'm anxious to see what my lawn will look like next year after a full year of service. The specialists that have provided my service have been courteous and forthcoming with information about what specific treatment was being applied at the time.

The only thing I miss is being able to call your branch serving you direct.If I had an issue I would call the Mooresville NC branch & speak to Mike Whitten & the problem was solved.other than that the service is good & the techs are very nice.
