Carolina Beer & Beverage Company, established in 1997, is one of the leading regional breweries in the Southeast. The firm utilizes more than 10 fermenters of 100-barrel capacities. Its package line is capable of undertaking more than 5,000 cases per shift. The firm has the capacity of producing more than 100,000 barrels annually, including ready to drink beverages. Its flash pasteurizer allows longer bottle shelf life and allows kegs to be stored at room temperature. The firm operates a more than 30,000-square-foot plant and over 14,000 square feet of additional warehouse space. It also offers branded merchandise, such as polo shirts, hats, jackets, T-shirts and beach towels. Carolina Beer & Beverage Company is located in Mooresville, N.C.
