        Remember you're most likely to only hear the "bad" comments.
        Thanks for the positive one.
        There are always 2 sides to every story. Retail is extremely tough and you're not going to make everybody happy no matter how hard someone tries.
        In ref. to the customer w/ the wrong part, he was an out-of-state customer ordering a Land Pride mower belt on-line,
        I don't know the whole story but I believe he did order the incorrect belt on-line and our parts guy tried to appease him but to no avail.. We can take incorrect parts back but there is a substantial re-stock charge as L.P. parts are sent directly from L.P., not us. We do not stock all L.P. parts and have to return to them when we get a return.
