Fine Pools

I find these people very friendly , knowledgeable and efficient. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years. I might have to wait, but they always get the job done and at a lower cost than any other pool store. Wonderful place to do business with !

Knowledgeable, but not the most customer friendly

I always have a terrible time getting them to return my calls -- even if I say its very important.

I hav been using Fine Pools for the last ten years. I bought a hous e in Moody about 10 years ago and the I knew nothing about a pool except that I had always wanted one. The serviceman came out to inspect it for me and showed me what to look for. He told me what chemicals to use and how to use them. He was very helpful .When i go into the store it is usually so busy but that's because they are waiting on other customers and they get to me as soon as they can. I'm like every one else, idon't mind waiting if I know that I'm going to get good service and a good product! And that is very hard to find these days.
