        My family has booked this hotel for family reunion several times. This year we booked our stay for Aug 8-13, 2019. First night I was bitten severely by BED BUGS. Moved to another room to find clock roaches. Of course this was brought to the attention of the sorry manager (Tina) who gave me excuse but never an apology. I asked for her superior, but was denied the immediate attention needed for such a problem. She gave me a business card. Not only was the rooms, swimming pool, and surrounding area was dirty. The continental breakfast was out of knives, coffee cups, fresh fruit, and juice. The current Mananger lacks the professionalism it takes to keep such an establishment from going bankrupt. I have contacted the cooperate office, and of course the Alabama Health Department to report that, although I reported , and showed them bed bugs, they rented the room , and adjoining rooms before they were treated. I had at least 30 family members as witnesses.

        DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! ...

        DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! My medication was taken from my room. Manager indicated that housekeeper said she did not take it (I didn't expect a confession). There was no apology or regret for my loss in any way from the manager. It was implied that I was making this up because why would anyone take medicine from a 7-day pill box when they don't know what the medication was.
