If you don't care about noise from thin walls and floors and single pane windows or street noise then this is the place for you. If you don't care about the quality you get for the little price you paid then this is for you. If you do care about these kinds of things and would pay a little more to avoid them, then I would keep looking.

This place was over rated on hotels.com. We totally expected better based on reviews which is why I'm making it a point to post a review on our opinion. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we had noisy kids in the room above us running in the room late at night. They checked out and another family with young kids were placed in that room. I'm passed that stage and would always stay on a ground level unit when we traveled with our kids at that age to avoid inconveniencing others. The motel did not put much thought into that, and didn't seem to care about it otherwise.

The breakfast was way talked up on the hotels.com website as well. It was a nothing continental breakfast. There is your basics which is great to avoid that extra meal cost. We took advantage of it either way, but was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the staff to keep it stocked and clean. It's a small lobby with a counter and two table, plan on taking food to your room and eating before 8:30 am to be sure you eat, unless you are planning on paying for breakfast.
