A B C Day Care

Worst provider. She is verbally abusive, rude and neglectful.Almost from day one we had issues. Mrs. Herrera refused to communicate anything issues with me and would only speak with my wife. For example I picked up my son on Friday afternoon and he had bumped his head that day. He was also out of supplies for that month. Mrs Herrera chose not to tell me any of this but not 1 minute after I left, she called my wife who was out of town for work to inform her that he was out of supplies and expected them to be brought right away. This was not the first time and each subsequent time she became more rude, more demanding and more demeaning.

She them had an on going issues with shoes. YES SHOES!!!!!!!! Basically she didn't like his shoes and because of them coming off she would leave him inside while she took the other kids outside. This lead to her and husband screaming at us and we took out son out of this daycare
