Value City Furniture

Where do I begin? After receiving a call from Costco notifying me that my daughters expected furniture was damaged, returned and discontinued, I frantically searched where to order furniture. I called the Monroeville store on Tuesday, explaining that I desperately needed an entire bedroom set and mattress BUT it had to be delivered within 3 days and to top it off, I did not live locally so had to trust the salesperson and internet to select the items! I spoke to Keith who assured me he would get the job done. Keith patiently sat on the phone with me reviewing items I found online, checking availability and researching the best mattress for our daughters needs until we created the perfect order! On Thursday Brandon and Josh arrived with all of the furniture, climbed 3 flights of narrow stairs and assembled each piece! The set looks beautiful! It fit perfectly and this am my daughter called to say she slept great and her bed is so comfortable! So, huge shout out to the entire team at Monroeville VCF, you completely put this moms mind at ease!

Had a table and bookshelf delivered today was not told the bookshelf would not be put together. So I paid a delivery fee just to have to put it together myself. I could of gone to Walmart if I wanted to put furniture together myself this is ridiculous. There just doesn’t seem to be any customer satisfaction these days with these businesses. They just don’t care

I've been a customer for 15 years whole house is value city furniture. Now i spent alot of money on bedroom sets 3 of them for my children ok delivery was supposed to be on tues the 16 but no get a call tuesday morning after i lost hours at work to tell me Saturday really so my kids can sleep on the floor cause i got rid of the old furniture. It's winter cold on the floor. Bad business Value City never did i have any issues with you guy's until now. Feeling disappointed .

This place is pretty cool.
