Bernhard Kühn, MD, is pediatric cardiologist certified in pediatric cardiology by the American Board of Pediatric Cardiology. He is the director of research in cardiology at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, an investigator at the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine, an associate director of the Richard King Mellon Foundation Institute for Pediatric Research at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, the director of the Pediatric Institute for Heart Regeneration and Therapeutics. He received his medical degree from Freie UniversitÈ?t Berlin and completed his residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, followed by his clinical fellowship and Post-doctoral Research Fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School.
