I was involved in an accident last year, which resulted in my 2008 civic needing a new bumper cover and headlight. We took it here and the car was returned to us with gaps between the cover and headlight. It was unevenly placed on my car. When we asked about this, we were told that it was because they were after market parts; however, he chose to order after market parts even though the insurance company was paying for a job done correctly. He kept the money he saved ordering after market parts. He never provided receipts to show his expenses versus the insurance money. We returned the car to him four time for him to fix the mistakes he made and each time it was returned worse. Not only were the gaps still there, but now there are scratches on the bumper cover where he tried to shove it under the headlight. He never fixed my car right and to this day it is still not right since I can't get any more money from the insurance company or him. He never offered to compensate us, instead blaming the parts he ordered. He obviously didn't know what he was doing. I would never take my car there again, and I urge you not to if you value yours. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please don't take your car here.
