I called to make an appointment at the Monroe location. The man who greeted me seemed kind and informative. I arranged an appointment for a driving test no problem. Later that night my mom and I went to practice for my driving test and she didn't believe I was ready, and as any mother, was worried about my safety driving alone, She proceeded to call the company at 9 am the following day to cancel my appointment, no answer. Later that evening I recieved a call. I was away from the phone at the time of the call and called the number soon after, immediately as I noticed I had recieved the call. A disgruntled woman answered the phone. She spoke fast and I couldn't quite make out what she was saying, so I asked her to please repeat her business because I didn't recognize the number. She proceeded to frustratingly say that MG Driving Academy was calling about my drivers appointment because I had called first, very angrily. Through the entire duration of this call she was inappropriately laughing with another employee. I apologetically said that my mother had called canceling the appointment. If they had listened to their messages prior to the harassing phone call they would have avoided this predicament. After another fit of uncalled for laughter, the woman said, "Wow! It was REALLY awesome how you did that by the way!" As if my mothers concerns were my fault. I responded with a simple thank you and politely ended the call. I am disgusted with this adult's blatant disrespect towards me and her company. When I reschedule my appointment, my business will not be given to MG Driving Academy.
