Southpark Village Private

I have lived out here for over 3 years. I can say I have seen management come and go. The management they have now is terrible. They don't want to fix anything. I have had a maintenace request since the beginning of the year. I even had to go as far as paying outta my pocket for repairs that they should have fixed. I am telling anyone DO NOT move here unless you want to be treated like dirtt! They dont care about nothing except getting your rent on time and that's it. I am willing to repsond to anyone else who may have had any problems with this maangement company. They are all terrible. DO not rent form them unlesss you have no other choice!

WELL HERE GOES MY RANT AGAIN ABOUT THIS COMPANY..I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP I AM OUTTA HERE. THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. I HAVE REPORTED SEVERAL MAINTENACE ISSUES AND THEY HAVE ALL BEEN IGNORED. I ALSO KNOW THAT THERE IS A TENANT THAT HAD RAW SEWAGE BACK UP INTO THEIR HOUSES AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO SEND A PLUMBER OR ANYTHING. THEY HAD TO LIVE IN THAT FILTH FOR OVER A WEEK I WAS TOLD BY A NEIGHBOR. THEY DO NOT CARE AND SHOULD LOSE ALL FUNDING FROM ANY AGENCIES THAT SUPPORT THEM. BECAUSE IT OBVIOUS REPAIRS ARE NOT A PRIORITY TO THEM, BUT EVICTING PEOPLE OVER STUPID THINGS IS THEIR MAIN CONCERN. SICK OF SOUTHPARK AND THEIR MESS...VERY UNHAPPY TENANT!!!!!!!!!!!!
