The building process took longer than expected but the final result is quite impressive. We built on a waterfront lot in Florida, only 15 minutes from one of the most highly sought after beach areas called 30A, which now has multimillion dollar properties being built on the Gulf of Mexico. The home is now completed and with its waterfront, west facing views of amazing sunsets, is being offered for sale. We modified the plan some, with cathedral ceilings in the main area of the family, dining and kitchen area (16’) and the master bedroom (14’) and captured the stunning water views with 10’ high sliding doors 12’ wide in the family room. The custom cabinetry and enlarged garage set in a courtyard fashion make the entrance to the home very eye appealing. The walls, doors, flooring details, paint colors, and windows of each room for the selected floor, as well as the furniture and decoration, are all included in 3D floor plan renderings. The deck and garden area may also tend to provide a clear picture of the house's potential view
Door Installation/Replacement
American Colonial homes are generally characterized by a square or rectangular facade, a central entrance, and windows symmetrically placed on either side of the entrance. They are typically made of wood, stone, or brick and will generally have uniformly sized doors and windows with shutters.
Drywalls
We looked at hundreds of plans and always came back to the Vita Encantata House Plan. We are very pleased and our builder was impressed with the detail of the plans. We are finishing drywall now and expect to be in new home by March 15th. Thank you!

Pleasing symmetry and a grand entrance add curb appeal to this luxurious traditional style house plan, with four bedrooms, three full baths, two half-baths and 3,847 square feet of living space. A coffered ceiling presides over the central family room in this home plan, where a fireplace adds ambience. The island kitchen serves the spacious dining area with warmth and confidence. When weather permits, you may decide to relax or dine on the well-designed rear porch. The serene master bedroom and a large walk-in closet flank the private bath. We built this home with a walk out basement in South Carolina. We made a number of modifications. We turned the sunroom into conditioned space by opening the wall to the great room and also the wall to the dining area. We removed the bump out to the windows in the bedrooms to simplify the roof lines. We enlarged the guest bath and split the sink from the bath/toilet space to improve functionality for guests. We also added closet space over the stairs to the basement to gain additional storage for the master bedroom. We love the house, but would make a couple of changes. The laundry room is too small. The master bedroom closet is also too small. Making that wing of the home wider by 3 to 4 feet would resolve this issue and have the added benefit of more garage space for bikes and other items. All in all, this is a very good layout and yields a beautiful home. Well designed for personal living as well as entertaining.

We love the house! We made the bedrooms and bathrooms a little bigger and finished the basement. We love, love, love all the closet space, plus we added a large deck and in-ground pool. We will take pictures in the spring when the landscaping is done.

Window Installation/Replacement
A 3D floor plan is far more visual than a 2D floor plan and is therefore much easier to understand and learn. The virtual model removes architectural symbols for walls, windows and doors, and clearly shows internal features like wardrobes and cupboards.
