Joe and Donna Fida originally established the business in New Eagle, and their daughters, Sherri Fogiato and Carol Flament, have been the proud owners since 1998. We have four locations for your convenience Monongahela, Uniontown, Belle Vernon and Washington -- and pride ourselves on fast, dependable and knowledgeable service. We drive to and from Harrisburg to handle all of your Department of Transportation messenger needs. We specialize in instant auto plate service and are PennDot Authorized. We're an on-line messenger service center and handle T-Plates, notaries and title transfers, drivers license and vehicle renewals, and on-line titling for automobiles, boats, ATV's and snowmobiles.

        The woman working there was quite rude. She insulted my husband and myself repeatedly because we came in ten minutes before closing. Our mistake we thought it was open later. She spent five minutes insulting and yelling at us. It only took her five minutes to notarize our documents. Sadly this was not the first time we have been treated this way. If you you don't want customers on Saturdays than perhaps you shouldn't open. RUDE!!!!!!!
