When Cresco store opened, service was outstanding. Recently, things going downhill. They say they will order products and call when they arrive. Very sporadic at best. Employees give "quick I think" answers about products instead of researching to provide accurate info. Originally was better than Theisan's but now Theisans has improved and Fisk's has gone downhill significantly. A real shame
