This approach includes Certified Athletic Trainers, Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeons, coaches, and school personnel. Plan to arrive about 10-15 minutes early with your completed paperwork. Your paperwork can be downloaded from our Patients Forms. You should also bring your insurance information (i.e., insurance card, workman’s compensation claim information, or auto insurance) and your driver’s license or valid ID. Recent, related test results, such as MRI or X-Ray reports, may be helpful and can be brought to your first appointment.

Occupational Therapy
Pediatric occupational therapy is designed to help children meet there developmental goals through daily occupations. The primary occupations or jobs of infants, toddlers, and young children are playing, learning, and interacting with caregivers and, eventually, their peers.
