Our most popular - A collection of techniques using essential oils to warm and relax the muscle before we work and stretch the muscle. It is designed primarily to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and rubbing in the same direction as blood flow returning to the heart. We work with the back, the arms, the hands, the legs, and the feet. When we get to the feet, we wrap them in warm towels before we do the foot reflexology. As your feet are wrapped that is when we work the crown of head, base of the skull, neck and shoulders.
