Thompson John & Assoc

Tried to get warranty work completed on a unit that John Thompson and Associates installed less than two years ago. The compressor was covered under warranty and JT and Associates tried to charge me $1116.00 to change out a compressor. I called a competitor and the charge was $550.00 complete.
