Schillinger Mini Storage

I agree with the other customer. My storage unit was broken into last year. Not only did a truck make it into the facility but the cameras just happened to not be working. It was very frustrating and the management basically blamed the customers for not having rental insurance.



Additionally, I left work early to set up a new auto pay with my credit card and the person was still working. However, when I tried to open the door it was locked. I knocked and she said "we are closed". I noted that it was 4:50 -they close at 5 - she shrugged her shoulders and walked away.



I should have found another storage unit but I have been too lazy. Don't give these people a dime of your money.

My storage was broken into - cameras are not wide range and did not pickup anything but a truck sitting by my storage.

manager called and told my it was broken into before I new about it - I called the police not the company. Manager said i was a crazy lady because my unit has been broken into twice.



Management gave out code without owners permission !!!!!!!!!!!!!





I would check this storage unit out before you make a committment.



I cannot find a home office to report any of these incidents.
