        Overall

        All good - i get massages every week. They call me to remind me of my appointments, are always nice when I am there.

        Overall

        I cancelled the monthly massage package prior to leaving the building within the same hour and was still charged $59.99. I've spoken to two representatives on the phone and one manager...no refund. I've emailed twice...still no refund. Customer service needs a great deal of improvement.
