My review is the complete opposite of the others. I was unhappy with the install because instead of using a relay/harness to power the HID's these guys pulled the power from the parking lamps. So when I press the lock or unlock or remote start my car the HIDS go all crazy.

I brought the car back and they told me that I told them that I wanted it hooked up that way. Please the whole time I tried to sell them on installing the Relay/Harness because I have read it works better and didnt like the idea of them wiring it into the parking lamps. Seriously who wants the HIDS on when there parking lights are on ? or better yet when you lock your car and your headlights flash they go all lazy eye and start flickering.



While I was in the Shop I talked to other people who had their HIDS installed and all three were back because they werent functioning properly and they were being charged additional fees for exotic audio to do the work again.



Heres my advice for anyone out there. Go Online and Buy a Genuin Phillips or Sulvania HID Kit and learn how to install it yourself. Stay away from anything over 5000k or lose brightness and clarity.



Exotic Audio Boutique your lucky I feel like just dropping this now because if you hadent been so friendly and professional talking during your crappy install you would have a heap of bricks thrown through your windows for being such a Sh*tty installer.



Oh and the other thing.. The Owner or Manager whatever he is was training some dude who had no flippin idea what he was doing while installing HIDs on peoples cars.. Thats what I call a professional installation LMAO
