General Info: Minturn Saloon is a Mexican restaurant situated in a more than 100-year-old building. It offers a variety of appetizers, desserts, and first and main course menus, as well as duck, quail, ribs, fish and other specialties. The restaurant s appetizers list includes fresh salsa, corn tortilla chips, guacamole, chili con queso and various quesadillas. Minturn Saloon also serves nachos, ensaladas, fajitas, taco salads, steaks and margaritas. Its wine list features chardonnay, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and zinfandel varieties. The restaurant offers beers of various brands, such as Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Bud Light, Corona, Red Stripe, Michelob ULTRA, Budweiser and Coors. Additionally, it operates a private dining room that can accommodate up to 200 guests and serves as a venue for several events, including business meetings, family reunions, rehearsal dinners, birthday gatherings, weddings and anniversary parties.
