With a degree in illustration, Jerome Vorndran found himself getting into the tattoo world through friends made in the industry. He has been tattooing in Minneapolis since 2005, and joined the Steady crew in 2014. Jerome has a jack-of-all-trades style to his work ranging from black and gray, neo-traditional, geometric, and calligraphic designs. When Jerome isn't in the shop he can be found in his garage making sparks or sawdust. On a nice day you can catch him riding around on his motorcycle.

Body Piercing
Alex Levine is the owner and operator of Axis Body Piercing - Steady Tattoo. He began his piercing career in 1997 with a full apprenticeship. That same year he completed a body piercing course put on by The Exotic Body Studio in Sacramento. There, Alex learned the importance of "continuing education" in the body piercing field. This inspired him to participate at the Annual Association of Professional Piercers convention/seminar. He formed a large network of resources, allowing him to stay up-to-date on jewelry designs and styles, after-care, and different piercing techniques. Alex is currently certified by the American Red Cross for training in Adult CPR and First Aid Basics, as well as the Blood borne Pathogens course by The National Safety Council.
Oral Piercing
In the state of MN it is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18. For Insurance purposes, at Steady we begin piercings at 14 for earlobes and helix piercings. At 16 we pierce navel, eyebrow, septum, and complex cartilage. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and it must be the guardian on all documentation. The guardian must bring a valid government issued photo ID, the minor must also bring the same identification. If that is not available, a current school ID will work. You must also provide an original legal document (birth certificate, adoption papers or guardianship papers, etc.) to prove legal guardianship. We must have these documents in order to pierce you. We do not perform genital, nipple, micro/subdermal, or oral piercings on minors.
