Focus is on managers, professionals and executives. Utilizes highly professional approach so that charges are very fair. Will allow some to defer a large portion of payments. Works very hard to meet the needs of clients. Can relate to a wide variety of clients due to breadth and depth of industry experience. Results of coaching are a client who understands herself/himself better, is increasingly confident, and has the energy and direction to find a great job.
