Napa Auto Parts - Genuine Parts Company

I bought a battery from this Napa last January. Napa is my store of choice as I go out of my way to purchase parts from them. I've never hand any issues from a Napa store as far as help, warrenty of parts, and costumer service... Until today. I went in to get my battery checked out as my mechanic said a replacement was recommended. The battery was putting out 553 cca instead of 875 cca. The employee was rude and wouldn't even look at my battery because I didn't have my receipt with. The battery says Napa on it and has the manufacturing mark on the side showing A4, representing January 2014. So this battery isn't even old enough to be 18 months old. I ended up calling a different Napa to which I received multiple apologies and was given a free replacement with free windshield washing fluid. I will continue to be loyal to Napa, but won't be coming back to this Napa. I would definitely rethink your customer service if you want to stay in business.
