There are 7 chakras or enegy centers in every human body, and when one or more gets blocked an individual can begin to feel run down, become ill, have difficulty sleeping and much more. Reiki doesn't just talk to your physical body it also talks to your emotional and spiritual body as well. Reiki helps to connect you with the universal energy that is already in us and all around us.
