I just finished filing my Lien with Mark and his staff. They were prompt and extremely helpful. I am now confident that I will receive the money I am owed. I can only assume the people who rated Speedy Lien 1 star were unable to get their lien placed. Hopefully I will not be put into this situation again but if i am, they have a customer for life.

Speedy Lien filed my lien in 2 days and I received payment in less than 2 weeks! I can not say anything but positive things about Mark and his staff. Highly professional, responsive call backs and more importantly, it was cost effective.

This is the rudest most unprofessional company I ever dealt with. I asked if I could legally file a lien and was told by the owner that I could. When the client received it their lawyer said it was an improper lien and demanded that I remove it. Speedy lien wanted to charge me $250 to do that even though they had misinformed me. When I objected the owner, mark Nash, told me I was "mentally ill." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BAD NEWS.

This was the first time I had to file a lien and was inexperienced at the process. I had spoken to Dillion and Zack Nash and they were very helpful to me as we filed the lien. When it came to the end of the process and I had questions, the office manager, who was screening her own calls, was repeating my questions, so her co-workers could hear and snicker at my inexperience. When I could no longer take her sarcasm and unnecessary rudeness, I asked to speak to one of the owners. Mark Nash then took my call and actually told me to stop wasting his time with my silly questions and to stop worrying about a lousy $250 and to just pay him. Needless to say, I was shocked at his outrageous temperament. When I expressed how unprofessional his demeanor was, he simply told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. I'm extremely surprised at the terrible customer service I received after he has already taken my business. I would not recommend this company to any one for any reason. There are plenty of companies on Long Island that offer the same services without the hassle of egomaniacs who consider helping a customer a waste of his time.

I tried to use this lien service to file a lien on a residential property. The owner didn't get back to us and was rude to my staff when we finally got to speak to him. We submitted our lien information a couple of times -he kept telling us he hadn't received it, and we needed to resubmit it. He spoke to my project manager and the attorney involved and let me know there were 'too many people he was speaking to and it was too confusing to be able to file the lien'. Went to another service I know and trust but he cost me valuable time, frustration and almost cost me a client. I would avoid this company; there's too much at stake with this service to trust the wrong company.
