        Overall

        We had a devastating experience with this company. After utilizing the services of this company, we realized that several personal items were stolen. Some of which were from my boyfriend's late father and can never be replaced. They also displayed poor professionalism and utter disgust in a situation. One technician used our bathroom and he left the remains of his bowel movement in our toilet without any mention before leaving. We were very disappointed and are working hard to make them accountable. At this point, we are struggling to identify the address of this company, which is very suspicious. Please be careful if you utilize their services.
