        Overall

        I just got off the phone with 1 Of their african american customer service representatives and she was very rude and had a nasty aptitude the whole call she barely let me finish asking my question she kept interrupting me before I could even finishand when she did give me the answer to my question she came across In a rude and sarcastic tone but you knowso you shouldn't expect good customer servicebecause they don't take their job seriously
