Clothes come back same day with no extra charge if you're in before 9 in the morning. Good prices, best in the Milwaukee area. Never had any issues with them.

This is a great place, you are able to get your clothes back the next day with a small fee, otherwise regular service is the day after!! They really do a good job.

Avoid at all costs. This place is terrible. On at least three occasions the dry cleaning has not been ready when they said it would. And that is already after the fact that it takes them near a week to get the cleaning done in the first place. On my last experience with them, and this will be the last, the drycleaning was two days late. I never received an apology and in fact was told by the owner that "this is drycleaning, we don't have a contract with you." That is ridiculous. They took no responsibility for their actions. When I told them I didn't think I should have to pay for their mistake, I was told I could not take my clothes until I paid. Needless to say I will never use them again and neither should you.

In the event of a problem, their handling of the situation is the worst I have seen.



Periodically, a poor employee can leave a bad impression of a business - but this is the behavior of the owner himself.
