Faith Family Church

It's been a long time coming but here it is, all of it. The volunteers have a single focus to make you feel at home and you can get connected with the church. Whether you come for church, Nexus youth, Generation kids 252, or Celebrate Recovery, you can participate in the communities that will help you connect. Give them a chance, you won't regret it...or you may.

Let me preface by saying that this is my experience. I happily gave a year and a half of service, doing whatever I was asked to do eagerly. I served in 3 different ministries and I loved to make people smile. Then, one day, I called attention to something that was unbiblical. I was quickly told that it was not my place. A month later I spoke confidentially to a friend about something that bothered me, I was told shortly after by someone in leadership that my attitude was negative and that I was to, "change or leave." I respected the leadership and I left and went on a journey for a new church. I put away my pride and went back a couple of months ago and was treated like a stranger by those I looked up to. I could see that the caring that went on in the service was an exaggeration of what is real. After being away from it, it had a falseness to it. God is working in this church, don't get me wrong. And there a lot of good people here. I hoped that the place I called home and the people I considered family would want me back, but the place I called home no longer was.
