Delta Life Fitness

I'm not really sure where to begin and it is so hard to describe the feeling you have working out at this gym. But I will try my best. I started working out at Delta life in June 2019. I had been to other gyms and had tried to lose weight for years. I tried EVERYTHING!! Nothing kept my attention and NOTHING worked. Within 6 months I lost 30 lbs and I have kept it off. But, it's not the weight loss that keeps me there. It's the experience and environment. When I walk into this gym, my coaches are ready for me. I'm not an easy candidate because I have injuries and I have to modify almost every exercise. But, they are ready and willing to help me everyday. You WILL NOT find this at any gym. I have also gained a lot of new healthy friendships since I have been here. To me, it's important to be healthy but to also have healthy friends that surround you and encourage you. So my advice to you...What are you waiting for? Get to the gym and try your FREE CLASS TODAY. AND TELL THEM YOU ARE MY FRIEND CAUSE YOU WILL BE!!!
