Aqua Soft Inc - A BioGuard Platinum Dealer

We needed a complete new water treatment system but didn't know where to go...looked online and decided to go with Aqua Soft...they knew what we needed (even though we didn't) and so glad we went with them. They came to our house on the day & time they said they would be there - they didn't leave a mess for us to clean - very professional and best of all - our water is GREAT!!! :)

We've used Aquasoft for many years and the reason we went to them was their honesty and helpful assistance through many pool and water system issues and problems.



This is a long time family business who have survived through thick and thin on their great service without the usual bull-crap of larger and less personalized services.



Businesses who have been in existence for that long and being that successful do not do so unless they are a great company. Aquasoft are a must for anyone seeking the knowledge and helpfulness in anything water related :)

I happened to be browsing the Internet for some information on Aqua Soft, and was truly shocked to see such a bad review in an earlier comment. I have been a customer of Aqua Soft since 1982, and over those 29 years have always had excellent service both in the area of water conditioning, and pool maintenance. The technicians who have worked at my home have always been extremely competent, most courteous, and have completed every job in a professional way. The management and office staff have always been most helpful, and I can highly recommend this business to anyone who has a need for their services.

I have used Aqua-Soft for many years. They will always attempt to fix what you have. The men that have come to my home have been professional, courteous and helpful. They will take the time to explain and show you what they did and why they did it. They will show you how to do things yourself, like change a filter, if you ask. I have even had the owner and general manager walk me through a temporary solution until they could come and fix the problem.

one terrible company. "professionals" came to check the problem with my water tank and i was going to be contacted next day regarding the price. I NEVER GOT CALL BACK. so i went after 4 days to check on situation and i was told that "professional" found pipe problem outside. however i was with them all the time and "professional" never looked outside for the pipe because pipe is under ground. so that was a lie just to make the price increase. the "BOSS" gave me attitude as soon as i walked in and acted like he couldn't find a paper work so he said he will call me. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY ITS A BIGGGGG JOKE. I am not saying that because i want bad for them but i want to everybody to know how REALLY nasty and UNPROFESSIONAL THEY REALLY ARE. I WILL POST THIS COMMENT ON EVERY PAGE I CAN
