        Overall

        First time ever dealing with Forest River and I was displease with the respect and service along with information that was given. I was informed a part would be one price even was emailed a receipt and was charged more. Trying to make contact with the representative I mentioned it was nice that she answered because I left two prior messages and she was not happy with my comment and told me that if I liked that should hang up on me. Poor customer service! Although contacting the parts supervisor he said he would reimburse me that shipping that was not included in the receipt and previously told. After this was informed to me He also makes makes mention this is what the conversation is really about isnt it? Again poor customer service. After he told me he would reimburse me I heard laughter in the background. Some people!
