Millburn on Main is a deceptive, thieving company that violates its lease agreement and disregards residents' quality of life.



* The Parking. There are more units than parking spaces, though the lease guarantees a spot. Nowhere to park!



Air Conditioning: There is one air-conditioning in the living room to cool the entire apartment.



Filthy: When I moved in, the bathroom and kitchen refrigerator were utterly filthy.



Flooding: The basement units flood and have lots of insects. Fun.



Tours: AFM shows the apartment to prospective renters during your last month there.



Long time to fix things: The bathroom tub faucet ran for days -- running water for 24/7 for days right next to the bedroom. Really annoying things would take days and repeated reminders to fix it.



Affiliated Management's dismissive attitude toward fixing anything and its disregard of its own lease leaves me to believe that it is a deceptive, inept, and evil company.
