We paid upwards of $400 for a spa package for two. The pedicures and manicures we're a huge disappointment, they didn't do anything I couldn't have taken an hour at home and done myself. The reconditioning hair treatment did not condition my hair at all and the stylist spent about 15 minutes giving me a style that they charge $35 for, all while she ripped through my hair. I actually came home and re-fixed it myself. The atmosphere was as far from relaxing as it can be, you sit at a bar in the middle of the salon while you wait for your next treatment. They serve you a so-called "light lunch" --a loaded chicken salad sub with chips and a cookie from subway--and they don't even ask what you would like. The stylists we're not talkative or friendly and didn't seem happy to be doing their job. The only thing that was great about the day was the facial which I would recommomend, and the massage. Both the esthetician and the massage therapist we're absolutely wonderful and very friendly. If we would have known this spa service was so dissapointing we would have purchased only the facial and massage and saved over $200.
