        Professionalism

        The office staff is lazy, rude and treats patients like trash. They overbook appointments on purpose, regularly keeping people waiting hours past their scheduled appointment times. If there was another option in this area, I'd take it. Sadly, there isn't. And, don't you dare question the "authority" of the divas behind the glass. They'll have the local police invite you to never return because they're scared you'll prove they're stupid. I've seen it happen more than once.
