I would give less than 1 star if I could. Scammy, sketchy business. NEVER pay with a credit card. They make you sign an electronic pad without telling you why. It's to re-bill you every month. No staff told me this was a membership salon. If they had, I would have cancelled my account by the deadline. They charged me for 2 extra months that I hadn't used.



Then they tell you to simply freeze your account so you will not be billed each month, whereas if you cancel, you'd have to pay the enrollment fee all over again. But I froze my account and STILL get charged $8 a month to NOT use my account. What a rip-off. So never freeze your account, even if they tell you it's a better option.



And the fact that NOBODY told me ANY of this is VERY unsettling. I wasn't aware of the membership fees, the deadlines, the freezing fee, etc. I bet there's probably even a cancellation fee too! Management was unhelpful about any of this. She was only defensive about her staff.
